London based Johnny Cash tribute band Cash is a tribute to Johnny and June Carter. Travelling all over the country for gigs and events they are fast becoming the UK’s number one tribute to Johnny. It comprises a full five-member line-up including the role of June Carter. Listen to well known songs such as Folsom Prison Blues, I Walk The Line, Ring Of Fire, You Are My Sunshine, Swing Low Sweet Chariot, A Boy Named Sue, Hurt, Personal Jesus and Riders In The Sky. Their first international trips began in September when they headed to Dubai for sponsored corporate shows. The Johnny Cash tribute band is currently gigging up and down the country from Bristol to the Shetland Isles where they packed out a sports centre with 1500 fans.
Cash also took out their fifth O2 Academy tour in Feb/March 2016 after four successful tours over the past years. Remembering the days when Johnny was starring in films such as Walk The Line and The Pride Of Jesse Hallam. Also, Stagecoach, A Gunfight, Five Minutes To Live, The Last Days Of Frank and Jesse, The Baron and The Kid, The Gospel Road and Murder In Coweta County.

Johnny Cash starred in many more! Much of Cash’s music contained themes of sorrow, moral tribulation and redemption, especially in the later stages of his career. His other signature songs include “I Walk the Line”, “Ring of Fire”, “Get Rhythm” and “Man in Black”. He also recorded humorous numbers like “One Piece at a Time” and “A Boy Named Sue”. There was a duet with his future wife, June Carter, called “Jackson” (followed by many further duets after their marriage). Railroad songs including “Hey, Porter”, “Orange Blossom Special” and “Rock Island Line”.
