Adam Isaac, singer songwriter, musician, has over 15 years of gigging experience having built a strong south west UK following in his earlier years. He has played many venues and festivals around the UK and supported Joss Stone on her UK tour in 2009. Being named brand ambassador for British Freesports lifestyle brand Animal was a further achievement. In 2012 Adam made it to the quarter final stages of BBC’s The Voice UK with the legendary Sir Tom Jones as coach. Prior to his audition, he released an EP, See The Light.
“For me, music is all about sharing energy with an audience; not being pretty around the edges, but going out there and capturing a moment with other people.”
Adam Isaac Singer Songwriter Musician
Following his national exposure an album was released in Autumn 2012 and he toured the new original material with his full band. His debut album was “Train Tracks” an anthemic, edgy rock/pop sound drawing influence from bands like Muse, Coldplay, Radiohead, Jeff Buckley, Blur, Oasis and Stereophonics. Energy is the operative word. Laid back and seemingly shy offstage, when it comes to performing, Adam explodes with a vehemence and intent that is hard to avoid being swept up within.
Whether alone with a guitar and a stomp box or accompanied by a band, his rhythm-led playing and soaring vocals envelope his audience, creating a shared revelry between crowd and performer. His versatility allows him to perform in intimate acoustic atmospheres or at epic high-energy shows. Adam is from Exeter. He has been gigging around the South West for the past few years and has even met the approval of Joss Stone’s mother.
